Right of withdrawal

Your right

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

When it ends early

For credits you use straight away, the right of withdrawal ends once you have agreed that we start before the period ends and confirmed that you lose the right for what is used.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly, for example by email to info@x-off.ai, or use the form below. Sending your notice before the period ends is enough.

Effects

We refund all payments we received from you within 14 days, using the same payment method, minus the value of credits already used.
