Credits are used up when you spend them

Credits pay for answers and media. Credits spent on delivered results are not refunded. A request that fails is never charged.

Purchases on the web

Write to info@x-off.ai with your account email and the purchase details. We refund card payments to the original payment method.

Purchases in the App Store or Google Play

Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through them. Request them from Apple or Google directly.

Your statutory rights

Your right of withdrawal and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.
